KIS Furniture can be accessed at www.kisfurniture.co.za on a mobile browser and via a desktop browser. The site enables buyers to shop online for furniture pieces by selected designer brands which will then be delivered to the shipping address provided during the check-out process. All visitors will be able to see the products on offer, but only those who have registered for an account on KIS Furniture are able to buy.

By registering and visiting this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out by management. If you don’t understand a specific clause, it is your duty to ask KIS Furniture to explain the clause to you before your check-out online or before you pay the required amount via EFT (under special circumstances).


The prices displayed on the KIS Furniture website are quoted in South African Rands, which is valid and effective only in relation to supply in South Africa. Full payment of the price and delivery charge will be required before products can be despatched.

For EFT payments, products will only be despatched once the payments reflect on the KIS Furniture bank statements. Bank statements take 2-4 business days to reflect EFT payments. It only becomes a contract between you and KIS Furniture once payment has been made and once payment reflects in the KIS Furniture bank account. A purchasing contract between you and KIS Furniture only comes into effect once you have placed an order for one or more products in your shopping cart and your payment has been authorised by KIS Furniture. Products on KIS Furniture cannot be reserved to be bought at a later stage and placing an item in your cart without completing the order does not amount to a processed order.

After payment has successfully been made, a tax invoice will be emailed to the e-mail address on your KIS Furniture profile. A delivery note will be included in the e-mail.

Please note that Retail Price from KIS Furniture can change daily, due to price increases and inflation over which period the product may be sold.

KIS Furniture will ensure that the Retail Price and, if applicable, the Sale Price of all products are correct at the time of your purchase. If, however, the product is offered at an erroneous price, KIS Furniture will not be obliged to supply the said product at the incorrect price. KIS Furniture will only be liable to return payment already made by you in the case you choose to cancel the order once you have been made aware of the correct price.

If a product was incorrectly priced on a quote, KIS Furniture has the right to recall the quote, within 48 hours, and provide you with the correct price of the product. If payment has already been made on the quote within the 48 hours, KIS Furniture will honour the price.

Also, do understand that products sell out especially when they are on sale. Should you experience this, you’ll be refunded the full amount you paid for the product/s online.


You can pay on the KIS Furniture website using your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card, and via Electronic Funds `transfer (EFT).

a) Paying online via PayFast

KIS Furniture accepts payments made by Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards, MasterPass, BitCoin, MobiCred, Instant EFT and chipped debit cards that have been activated for online purchases. When you place an order, the transaction details are presented to the bank for authorisation of the payment amount. If authorisation is not obtained, the order is cancelled. If authorisation is obtained, payment will usually be immediate.

You guarantee that you are fully authorised to use the credit or debit card for payment of your order and that there are sufficient funds in this credit or debit card account to cover the costs of any transactions you complete on the KIS Furniture website.

b) Paying by Manual EFT

For all international orders and deliveries, please consult with our sales department first before placing an order. The shipping is different.

When placing an order via e-mail directly through one of the sales consultants, you automatically agree to pay via manual EFT. Please note, when selecting to pay by manual EFT, you have 24 hours post placing your order to make the payment.

When making your payment, please be sure to use your order number as the reference. This will ensure that KIS Furniture can process your order as quickly as possible. It would be great if you could send KIS Furniture a proof of payment (POP) at payments@kisfurniture.co.za to ensure that it will be processed even quicker!

KIS Furniture will however only start processing your order as soon as your bank forwards the payment to KIS Furniture. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 3 days from the time you make the payment to when it appears in the KIS Furniture bank account.

The delivery lead time as specified on the website only starts once KIS Furniture has received the payment from your bank.


Remember, stock is always limited. KIS Furniture may display information regarding the availability of products. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped immediately after you place your order. Unfortunately, inventory can change significantly from day-to-day and therefore we cannot guarantee that an item listed as available will ship right away after confirmation.


The customer will be charged for the cost of delivery which will reflect on the on the website during the check-out process. The sales department will contact the customer to arrange delivery on any week day between 08h00 and 17h00. No deliveries will take place during weekends or on public holidays.

The customer or the person taking delivery on behalf of the customer will be required to sign a proof of delivery (POD). Unless indicated to the contrary on the POD, it is deemed that the product has been delivered and received in good condition and, where appropriate, in accordance with the customer’s specifications.

a) Local Products
We endeavour to have all your packages delivered to you within 10 working days between main city centres. For the outlying areas, please allow 10 to 15 working days for delivery.

b) International Products
International products normally take longer for delivery, so please expect to have your product delivered within 8 to 12 weeks, if the supplier has the product in stock.

We do however promise to keep you updated throughout the process of your purchase – that we can guarantee you! Please note the estimated delivery time on each product.


KIS Furniture is not responsible for assembly of products unless it has been requested under special circumstances.


If for any reason the customer wishes to return their purchase, the customer may do so within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging along with the invoice.

The invoice must be retained as proof of purchase and payment. Please arrange with the sales department for a pick-up at your expense.


KIS Furniture warrants that it shall within one year after delivery of any of their furniture products, repair, replace or refund the price that the customer paid if a manufacturing fault is the reason for submitting the claim. Please note that homeware products shall only be repaired, refunded or replaced within 6 months after delivery date, if a manufacturing fault was found.

The warranty claim will only be considered if:

a) the goods supplied by KIS Furniture have not been altered after leaving the company’s control;

b) the product has not been exposed to abuse or exposed to any use other than what the product was manufactured for;

c) the customer has followed the instructions as provided by the manufacturer;

d) the goods have been inspected by KIS Furniture official in order to evaluate/determine the reason of the product’s malfunction (before the customer will be entitled to its replacement, repair or refund);

e) any claim for defective goods must be submitted to the company in writing. No goods may be sent back without written authorisation.
